Not sure if it...You should check out Uniserve.com. Not sure if it would have made a difference in this case (if it does turn out to be the line) but their customer service is first-rate. When you call there is a receptionist who answers the phone and puts you right throught to tech support. I called once and got cut off (my mistake) and when I called back, she said "Is this xxx?" I said yes and she said the tech was asking to speak to me and put me right through. And I've never had to wait to speak to someone there.<BR/>Once after I called about something which got solved, the tech emailed me some more thoughtfully relevent info.<BR/>Just my 2 cents.<BR/>AOMAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
